Sausage Balls with Flour

Trying to get away from processed foods, I created a recipe for sausage balls that uses flour and doesn't use baking mix.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Combine sausage, Cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, seasoned salt, and dry mustard in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Form into walnut-size balls and place on rimmed nonstick baking sheets.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and no longer pink in the centers, about 20 minutes.
