  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3 Lay crescent rolls flat on the bottom of the prepared dish. Combine cooked sausage, cheese, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; pour over crescent rolls.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and rolls are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
