Ingredients
1 lemon
1 dill pickle spear
, such as Grillo's
0.25 cups white cane sugar
1 ( 32 ounce pickle container or deli container with lid
wooden muddler
ice as needed
2 cups water
0.25 cups pickle juice
lemon slices or pickle spears
Instructions

Gather all ingredients.

Combine lemon wedges, chopped pickle spear, and sugar together in a deli container. Muddle firmly for 1 minute, or until the lemon rinds are broken down and juice is fully extracted. The mixture should be aromatic and syrupy.

Add ice, water, and pickle juice to the muddled mixture. Place lid on the container and shake well.

Insert a straw and enjoy directly from the container, or, strain the mixture through a mesh strainer for a smoother lemonade.

Garnish with a lemon slice and pickle spear. Enjoy!
