This tequila orange fizz is for the anejo tequila lovers. A spin on Ranch Water (tequila, lime and soda), elevates your aged tequila, for those times you want just a little something more than tequila on the rocks. The orange is subtle but compliments the warm, oaky notes. Use a good tequila for this one!

Ingredients

1 cup ice , or as needed
1 ounce orange juice
1.5 ounces tequila
4 ounces water
1 wedge orange
flaked salt , optional

Instructions

1 Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add orange juice and tequila and top with mineral water. Garnish with orange wedge. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of salt over top.
