1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine oil, parsley, chives, basil, lemon juice, and garlic in a small blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

Transfer hot bread cubes to a medium bowl. Drizzle oil mixture over bread cubes; toss to coat. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake, stirring once, until crisp and golden around edges, about 13 minutes. Let cool.
