No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
These no-bake peanut butter cookies were always served for school lunch. After marrying, I got the recipe from one of the cooks and have made it many times. This cookie is sometimes made with cocoa powder, but I like this recipe better; it doesn't use any.
Mad's Peach-Curry Soup
A friend who used to work as a chef shared this yummy and oh, so simple recipe with me. You may substitute half-and-half or evaporated milk for the cream to cut some fat.
Special Fried Rice
This special fried rice is a variation of the typical restaurant-style fried rice and is sure to be a hit! Any cooked meat can be added, but it tastes great with shrimp, bacon, Spam, ham, Chinese sausage, or pork.
