These vegetarian nachos are very satisfying and crave-worthy! My husband (the recipe creator) uses refried beans, jalapeño salsa, and pepper Jack cheese, but you can add your favorite toppings or whatever you like. Also good topped with sliced pepperoncini or diced jalapeño.

Strawberry Loquat Salsa
This strawberry loquat salsa recipe features loquats, a yummy, small fruit that tastes like mango and peach. They are hard to find in the grocery stores. The best places to find them are at a farmers' market or from a friend with a tree! Great over chicken and fish.
