These polenta fries made in the air fryer are simple, crunchy, delicious, and addictive. My first batch was an experiment and they were so good that I ran out and bought another tube. Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 package prepared polenta , 16 ounce
- nonstick olive oil cooking spray
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
-
2
Slice polenta into long, thin slices resembling french fries.
-
3
Spray the bottom of the basket with cooking spray. Place 1/2 of the polenta fries in the basket and lightly mist the tops with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper.
-
4
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes. Flip the fries with a spatula and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes longer. Transfer fries to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining half of fries.

Stuffed and Rolled Pork Tenderloin
Sometimes you just have to show off. This stuffed and rolled pork tenderloin is one of my many recipes that looks very impressive to your dinner guests but is, in fact, quite simple and easy to prepare.
Awesome Broccoli Marinara
This is a great quick version of an Italian traditional side dish in our family all the way from Italy. You can use fresh tomatoes and basil. However, as a mother of four, I opt for the quick method as I'm sure other parents of small ones can appreciate. The kids really love this dish too. Buon Appetito!
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Root Beer Recipe
This easy slow cooker pork shoulder with root beer is excellent for making delicious pulled pork sandwiches or as an entrΓ©e. Serve over rice or with Hawaiian sweet bread for a yummy little sandwich. I like to top the pulled pork with sliced roasted red peppers, blue cheese, and chimichurri sauce to make a delicious sandwich with Argentinean flavor.
