Gluten Free Banana Bread
A yummy, kid-approved banana bread that will satisfy! Also adaptable with substitutions to make vegan. I recommend using all natural, organic, and local ingredients if possible. This makes 1 loaf, 2 cake pans, or 2 dozen muffins.
Big Game Salsa Dip
Great make-ahead-of-the-game dip! Cheesy (with some surprises), and served with tortilla chips. Keep hot in a slow cooker to last all afternoon and free yourself to watch the game. Always disappears quickly! Can be served in individual dip bowls with tortilla chips, or over a handful of chips in a bowl.
Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Autumn is the season for rich, creamy sauces, and I'm pretty sure you're going to be shocked at just how easy this one is. When your cream is reduced, your sauce is practically done. I like serving this with a stuffed pasta like tortellini or ravioli, topped with diced apple and crunchy toasted walnuts.
