This avocado salad is a delicious combination of ripe avocados, sweet onions, fresh tomatoes, and cilantro. This recipe is so easy to make and very colorful — I think you'll like it!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripes avocados - peeled , pitted and diced
  • 1 sweet onion , chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper , chopped
  • 1 large ripe tomato , chopped
  • 0.25 cups chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ lime , juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
