These baked potatoes on the grill are so easy to do when you are cooking outside in the summer. They have crispy skin, and the center is soft. Delicious split open and topped with butter or whatever toppings you like!
Ingredients
- 2 russets potatoes
- 0.25 teaspoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- 2 sheetss aluminum foil

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.

Wash and dry potatoes. Poke potatoes all over with a fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roll each potato up in aluminum foil and fold the ends in.

Place potatoes on preheated grill and close the lid. Grill wrapped potatoes until fork-tender, rotating every 15 minutes or so, about 1 hour.
