These bang bang chicken bites are spicy, crispy little chicken nuggets, air fried or baked, then tossed in a quick chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 24 ounces chicken nuggets
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 0.25 cups green onions
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (193 degrees C).

Add nuggets in a single layer to the air fryer basket, and fry until hot and crisp, about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time. You may need to work in batches. (Alternately, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 12 minutes.)

Meanwhile, stir mayonnaise, chili sauce, and hot sauce together in a large bowl until well blended. Toss hot chicken nuggets in sauce until well coated. Top with green onions before serving.

Hearty Chicken Vegetable Soup I
This thick and hearty chicken soup makes a great meal on those cold winter days. Try different types of pasta like bow ties, elbow macaroni, shells, rotini, spiral etc. This soup can not be beat when served with fresh thick sliced bread on the side!!
No Mayo Deviled Eggs
I always make deviled eggs to use up dyed hardboiled eggs from Easter, but many family and friends hate the mayo taste and texture. I tried an avocado base and it made the best deviled eggs anyone had tasted. You just can't be afraid of green eggs and ham.
