This barbecue pulled pork pizza is a great way to use the leftovers from your slow cooker pulled pork. You can add any extra toppings to customize. When my husband and I first experimented with making this, we were so impressed that we had it at our Halloween party and it got rave reviews!
Ingredients
- 1 package pre-baked pizza crust , 14 ounce
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce , or more as desired
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 0.5 cups prepared pulled pork
- 0.13 cups sliced onion
- 0.13 cups sliced red bell pepper

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.

Combine barbecue sauce and chipotle chili powder in a bowl; season with salt and black pepper. Spread over crust.

Arrange pork, onion, and bell pepper on top sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven until toppings hot and crust crisp on bottom, 12 to 15 minutes.
