This barbecue pulled pork pizza is a great way to use the leftovers from your slow cooker pulled pork. You can add any extra toppings to customize. When my husband and I first experimented with making this, we were so impressed that we had it at our Halloween party and it got rave reviews!

Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-baked pizza crust , 14 ounce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce , or more as desired
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cups prepared pulled pork
  • 0.13 cups sliced onion
  • 0.13 cups sliced red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

Combine barbecue sauce and chipotle chili powder in a bowl; season with salt and black pepper. Spread over crust.

  3. 3

Arrange pork, onion, and bell pepper on top sauce.

  4. 4

Bake in the preheated oven until toppings hot and crust crisp on bottom, 12 to 15 minutes.
