Beer Bread is a quick bread to make to accompany any beef dish. The type of beer you use will change the taste. Serve topped with butter or cheese spread.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 can or bottle beer , 12 fluid ounce

Gather the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

Mix flour and sugar together in a large bowl.

Pour beer into the flour and sugar mixture.

Mix the batter, first with a wooden spoon and then with your hands, until well combined. Batter will be sticky.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 50 to 60 minutes.
