  • 0.5 cups butter , melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoons sea salt
