Apple Pie in a Jar
This recipe for apple pie in a jar is fun to make when apples are plentiful. It makes a nice gift for friends and family — all they'll need to bake the pie is a crust. You can spoon it over waffles and ice cream, too. Sealed jars can be stored for up to one year.
Homemade Kalbi (Korean BBQ Short Ribs)
After trying many recipes for homemade kalbi, I found this great kalbi (Korean BBQ short ribs) genuine recipe from a friend who learned it from his mom. It's sweet, salty, spicy, and very tender (thanks to the Coke). I use this same recipe to make bulgogi and dae ji bool gogi (spicy pork) and simply change the onions to sliced bulbs for the bulgogi.
