This is a very tasty tossed salad; a swanky version of a regular everyday tossed salad. The addition of blue cheese and dried cranberries give it something special. Whenever I bring it somewhere, people always ask for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 heartss of romaine lettuce , chopped
  • 0.75 cups grape tomatoes , halved
  • 0.5 Englishs cucumber , sliced
  • 0.5 cups chopped toasted pecans
  • 0.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cups crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.75 cups balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

    Layer romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumber, pecans, cranberries, and blue cheese in a large salad bowl. Toss salad with balsamic vinaigrette before serving.
