Mexican Street Corn
This Mexican street corn recipe is made by flavoring hot corn on the cobs with crumbled cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, chili powder, and lime juice. This easy recipe roasts the corn in its husks instead of grilling it.
Chef John's Kofta Kebabs
These grilled kofta kebab skewers made with a mix of ground beef and lamb are full of flavor, and one of my all-time favorite things to grill. They are basically a Mediterranean-style meatball on a stick. I know "shish" gets more love, but "kofta" might be the best kebab. Serve over a tomato, onion, and cucumber salad with flatbread or pita and a lemony tahini dressing.
Dump Cake
This dump cake is as easy as dumping ingredients in a pan! It's topped with crunchy walnuts and melted butter for a delicious dessert.
