Mom's Simple Dumplings
This is my mom's easy recipe for soft and fluffy dumplings to drop into hot stew. As a kid I begged my mom to make chicken and dumplings all the time. Now I swear by this simple recipe too!
Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker
This hearty, spicy beef stew is only for those that can handle the heat. I prefer to make it in the slow cooker, but it can be made stove top also. Great served over mashed potatoes or rice.
Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew
This creamy slow cooker chicken pot pie is a great meal for busy families. It's a hearty stew that's so comforting served with buttermilk biscuits instead of a crust. Kids love it, too!
