This broccoli crunch salad is a copycat I created of a bagged salad mix my family enjoys. Broccoli florets, broccoli slaw, cranberries, and bacon are tossed in a quick, creamy, tangy salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
- salt to taste
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bag broccoli slaw mix , 12 ounce
- 0.5 cups sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cups dried cranberries
- 0.5 cups red onion
- 1 cup bacon
Instructions
-
1
Combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
-
2
In a large bowl combine broccoli slaw, broccoli florets, red onion, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and bacon. Pour dressing mix on top of broccoli mix and toss until well coated.
-

Lemon Turmeric Crinkles
These lemon turmeric crinkle cookies prove once again that lemon and turmeric are a match made in heaven. The easy lemon-yellow cookie dough is scooped and plopped into confectioner's sugar, then baked until cracked and crinkly into a cake-like cookie that is not overly sweet.
Great Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are great; you get a double-dose of chocolate! My kids love them.
Savory Lower-Carb Butternut Squash Muffins
I wanted a quick bread that I could actually eat while on a low-carb diet. They are so moist! The rosemary and brown sugar makes them savory and sweet. My husband and I eat them for dinner and breakfast.
