In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, brown sugar, orange zest and juice, and port wine. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer until the cranberries have popped and the sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes. Cool, and refrigerate overnight before serving.

Creamy Frosting
Make frosting without powdered sugar with this easy recipe. This quick frosting is light and fluffy and looks like whipped cream. The recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups, enough to fill and frost a 2-layer cake.
Terry's Texas Pinto Beans
This old-fashioned pot of beans recipe starts with dry pinto beans that you don't have to soak. Instead, the beans cook until tender in a flavorful broth with onion, green chili salsa, jalapeño, and cumin for a spicy kick.
Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
I made this recipe for cheesy spinach-stuffed mushrooms for a bridal shower. They're easy to make and have a great flavor thanks to three types of cheese, garlic, and spinach. Everyone enjoyed them!
