Instant Ramen Carbonara
This instant ramen carbonara is my take on carbonara, made with ingredients you probably have on hand. I grew up eating ramen noodles nearly every day, and am always looking for ways to flavor them without using the seasoning packet.
Ajad (Authentic Thai Cucumber Salad)
This Thai cucumber salad (ajad) features fresh pickles. It's an accompaniment to many deep-fried and barbecued Thai appetizers and some curries. It's best made a few hours before serving.
Veggie Goulash
This vegetable goulash is a favorite at our house — a yummy rich dish minus the meat. You can substitute the Quorn for sliced mushrooms or shallow-fried tofu. Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes. Hope you enjoy!
