My coworker Lori makes this brunch salad and we all absolutely love it! It's quick and easy with absolutely no cooking required. Great during the warm summer months.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags baby spinach , 10 ounce
  • 2 bananas , sliced
  • 12 freshs strawberries , sliced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges , 10 ounce
  • 0.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cups pine nuts
  • 1 cup poppy seed salad dressing

Instructions

    Gather the ingredients.

    Place spinach in a large bowl. Arrange bananas, strawberries, mandarin oranges, cranberries, and pine nuts on top.

    Toss with poppy seed dressing before serving.
