Even if you aren't a fan of cheesecake, give these a try. Everyone who tastes them loves them.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1 package butterscotch chips , 11 ounce
- 0.5 cups butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
-
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Heat butterscotch chips and butter together in a saucepan, stirring frequently, over low heat until melted, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir graham cracker crumbs into butterscotch mixture. Beat cream cheese in a bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Sprinkle reserved graham cracker-butterscotch mixture over cream cheese mixture layer.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

Ooey Gooey Carrot Butter Cake
This ooey gooey carrot butter cake hits somewhere between a carrot cake, a chess bar, and a cheesecake. It has crisp sugary edges, a gooey interior, and a soft cookie-like crust which makes the cake extra scrumptious.
Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
This casserole is a hit with my whole family. Even my children enjoy eating their broccoli with this homemade meal.
Air Fryer Lemon Freezer Cookies
These cookies are delicious on their own but I like the extra zing you get from icing them with a lemon-powdered sugar mixture. Prep and freeze the cookie dough (will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months!) and when you're having a craving, slice and pop them in your air fryer and they will be ready in less than 10 minutes.
