I love this grilled cabbage as it tastes naturally sweet with caramelized edges when cooked on the grill. This is a quick and easy 3-ingredient recipe that lets the cabbage shine!
Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder , or to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- aluminum foil
Instructions
-
1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat grill for medium heat.
-
2
Cut cabbage into 8 wedges, and remove the core.
-
3
Place cabbage wedges on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap them all. Season wedges on both sides with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; seal the foil.
-
4
Cook on the preheated grill until cabbage is tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
-
5
If you want to char the wedges for a smokier flavor, sear the cooked cabbage wedges directly on a greased grill for about 1 minute on each side.

Creamy Shrimp Casserole
My grandmother's special recipe and a family favorite in our house. Shrimp, egg noodles, peas and a few mushrooms layered in creamy sauce. Although this recipe yields quite a bit, my family of 4 usually devours the whole dish in one sitting.
Creamy Roasted Cauliflower Soup
I love making this rich, comforting, creamy roasted cauliflower soup in the fall. It's infused with garlic, shallots, thyme, and a touch of heavy cream. Serve it with warm, crusty rolls for a cozy meal.
