Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pie crust in a pie pan or baking dish.

Italian Country Style Ribs
This is a recipe that I came up with when I got tired of 'the same old thing'. It's easy and delicious. You can add things like mushrooms or peppers. Serve with white rice or noodles, salad and bread. You can pour the sauce over the rice/noodles.
Quinoa with Sweet Potato and Mushrooms
Sweet potato, onion, mushrooms, and chopped pecans are served over a bed of quinoa. This dish is perfect as a warm meal or side dish during cold weather.
Make-Ahead Rhubarb Yogurt Parfaits
Forget making breakfast every morning, meal prep these make-ahead rhubarb yogurt parfaits on Sunday and have breakfasts for the whole week. I like to use cinnamon-flavored graham crackers for extra flavor in the recipe.
