These simple, yummy, cheesy scalloped potatoes are baked in a homemade white sauce flavored with Swiss cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes , peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.75 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.

    Arrange sliced potatoes in the casserole dish; season with salt.
