Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Breaded chicken breasts flavored with garlic and Parmesan cheese are baked until golden and crispy for the easiest chicken dish ever. Serve with a salad and pasta for a quick, scrumptious dinner.
Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This is an Italian-style pasta sauce with homemade meatballs that's cooked slowly over low heat for an intense tomato flavor. It's easy to make the spaghetti sauce ahead of time; gently reheat and add meatballs 30 minutes before you're ready to serve with your favorite pasta.
Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
My father-in-law first introduced me to this homemade bloody mary mix. It is very similar to what you'd buy in a store. Made as is, it is very spicy. You can customize it to your taste by cutting back on the pepper and hot sauce; I like about half the pepper and hot sauce. Enjoy this wonderful mix! It is so easy and much cheaper than buying pre-made mix.
