This Mexican-style casserole made with ground beef and green chile peppers is a much simpler version of chile rellenos, which are simply stuffed chile peppers.

Instructions
-
1
Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Chef John's Dutch Babies
A delicious dutch baby recipe. I've always been fascinated by how many different breakfast foods you can create using just milk, eggs, and flour; and this is one of the more interesting examples. Especially considering the unusual, and borderline disturbing name. Sometimes called German pancakes, these have very little to do with Germany, and nothing to do with the Dutch. Apparently, they were invented by German immigrants who were referred to as Dutch.
Pizzelle
An easy pizzelle recipe for making beautiful Italian cookies on a pizzelle iron. You can flavor the cookie batter with vanilla or anise. These wafer cookies are light and crispy, and they keep well in an airtight tin. Powdered sugar adds an elegant touch to this holiday favorite.
