Thumbprint Cookies III
Like a butter cookie rolled in nuts with jam in the center. I make these every Christmas to give to relatives and friends. They all love this cookie! For even more flavorful cookies, try using almond extract instead of the vanilla.
Kids Favorite Meatloaf
Bored of 'plain old meatloaf'? We tried a recipe with a twist. All you need is some smaller pans in the shapes of characters, or whatever. The kids love the shapes and rave about the taste!!! Mine like to use Winnie the Pooh. Be creative and have fun.
Eggplant and Ground Beef Lasagna
I couldn't decide if I wanted lasagna or moussaka the other night; this eggplant lasagna with meat came out as a yummy combo of the two! Spinach lasagna noodles work well in this if you can get them. Also, try ground lamb in place of beef for another variation.
