Great vodka and grape juice martini or cosmo depending on where you live! I use Ciroc vodka, which isn't like any other vodka because it is distilled from fine French grapes. You can actually taste the grape in the vodka!
Ingredients
- 2.5 fluids ounces vodka
- 1 fluid ounce Cointreau or other orange liqueur
- 4 fluids ounces Concord grape juice
Instructions
-
1
Pour vodka, Cointreau, and grape juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into chilled martini glasses to serve.

Tot Sliders
If you didn't think sliders could get any smaller--or cuter--then you haven't tried swapping coin-shaped tots for buns! This dish is one of the times where it tastes as good as it looks.
Batanga Cocktail
The Batanga cocktail, with tequila, cola, and lime, in a salted glass is similar to a Cuba libre, but with tequila.
Easy Passover Lasagna
This is a "dairy" main meal for Passover that reheats well. Even the pickiest eaters love this easy lasagna recipe. Vegetables like mushrooms, zucchini, and peppers can be added; steam them al dente first and add them to the layers. Italian cheese blend can be used in place of mozzarella if desired.
