Baked Buffalo Bison Dip
This baked Buffalo bison dip has all the flavor elements of anything Buffalo, plus real buffalo. You'll want to serve this creamy, cheesy, very meaty hot dip with at least 2 spreaders, so that nobody has to wait their turn to dive in.
Southern-Style Neck Bones
Pork neck bones are great with greens or cabbage. They can be baked or boiled, this recipe can be fixed either way. It depends upon how much attention you want to give the dish. I think this is one of those meals that takes you back to your mother's kitchen.
Homemade Turkey Gravy
This homemade turkey gravy is super simple to make with the pan drippings you have after cooking the turkey. It's much better than using a jar or a can. You can adjust the flavor by using turkey or vegetable stock, white wine, or herbs such as rosemary or thyme.
