This is a fabulous and spicy cranberry-jalapeño relish; the best I have ever eaten!
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 0.5 cups orange juice
- 0.5 cups diced red onion
- 0.5 cups chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 jalape
- 0.25 cups fresh lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoons ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoons salt

In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, orange juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, cumin, and salt.

Stir together and chill 2 hours before serving.

Chef John's Croissants
I wouldn't describe making homemade croissants as easy since there are multiple steps, and it does take at least half a day. But it's really not that hard either; and certainly simpler than flying to Paris, which is the only other way to enjoy these amazing pastries.
