A cream cheese fruit dip that's loved by all (unless they're counting calories)! You can substitute reduced-fat cream cheese if you wish. It's been my favorite since it was shared with me in college. Enjoy with apples, bananas, oranges, pears, pineapple, strawberries, etc.
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce

Colorful Tomato Salad with Rose Water Dressing
This is a fresh salad my husband and I eat a lot during the warm summer days. Garnish with peanuts or pine nuts.
Creamy Cod and Potato Gratin
I got a Food Wish for a classic creamed cod recently (which, by the way, was one of my childhood favorites), but instead of doing the traditional version, I decided I'd try to make it a little bit fancier and refined and present basically all the same ingredients, but in an individual-sized, beautifully browned and bubbling, gratin form. Not to spoil the ending, but I was very happy with how this came out!
New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp
This New Orleans BBQ shrimp is a special entrée — excellent with a loaf of French bread to dunk in the sauce. Add a glass of wine and a pasta, and you have an incredible meal for any guest.
