Ingredients
- 2 cups applesauce
- 0.5 cups milk
- 0.5 cups warm water
- 0.5 cups orange juice
- 0.25 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds , or more to taste
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 0.25 cups dulce de leche , or more to taste

Blend applesauce, milk, warm water, orange juice, poppy seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until very cold, at least 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares or bars and top with a dollop of dulce de leche.
