Seafood File Gumbo
This is a big recipe and a big time-consumer, but delicious! Serve gumbo over 1/3 cup cooked rice per serving in bowls.
Air Fryer Fried Eggs
Use your air fryer to fry eggs if you are in a hurry and need a quick on-the go-breakfast. Cut and shape your foil the night before and let your air fryer do the work for you while your coffee brews in the morning. No ramekin required! If you increase your foil size to 8x10 inches you can cook 2 eggs at a time.
Turkish Eggs (Cilbir)
These Turkish eggs were a delicious surprise for me! I feel like I've seen and done it all at my age, so you can only imagine my delight at finding a new way to prepare eggs. I would never have thought to pair yogurt with poached eggs and spicy red pepper butter, but it might be my new favorite breakfast. Serve with toasted crusty bread for dipping.
