This canned chicken and rice recipe is the quickest thing going. Even my teenage son can make it in less than 15 minutes! Great for kids, big and small alike. Believe it or not, this dish is ready to eat in about 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 can chicken chunks , 5 ounce
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup , 10.5 ounce

Boil water. Add rice, stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Or prepare rice according to package directions.

When rice is ready, add chicken to the pot and continue to stir over low heat. Mix in condensed soup. Continue cooking until heated through.
