This raspberry vinaigrette is very simple to make with prepared raspberry vinegar. It's good on any green salad, and fruit salads too.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon white sugar , more to taste
Instructions
-
1
Place vinegar in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Add mint and sugar; cover and shake until sugar dissolves.
-
2
Stir in additional sugar, if necessary, to balance vinegar flavor.

Beef and Pork Guiso
My girlfriend's mom, Mama, makes this incredible guiso (stew) once a year and often includes it in a more intricate recipe, which doesn't allow us to appreciate the value of the guiso as is. It is good by itself, with rice or pasta, or with chips. I love it because it's awesome, incredible, and delicious.
