I whipped up this white chocolate ganache one day to put over a chocolate Bundt cake I made. If you like white chocolate, you'll like this ganache.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until just boiling. Remove from the heat and add white chocolate chips. Whisk gently until chips are melted and fully incorporated. Let cool until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
