Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes , diced
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 cucumber , sliced
- 1 green bell pepper , chopped
- 0.5 cups chopped fresh basil
- 0.5 cups chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

Toss tomatoes, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, basil, parsley, garlic, and vinegar in a large bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
