Buffalo Cauliflower
This Buffalo cauliflower is a great substitution for Buffalo wings and can be made gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian. Make sure to coat your cookie sheet well with oil, or the cauliflower will stick. My husband and kids give this two thumbs up! You can dip the cauliflower in ranch or blue cheese for added flavor, but it doesn't need it.
Beef and Biscuit
This isn't the leanest dish in the world, but, man, it has to be the best! Ground beef, onions, cheese, biscuits...MMMM!
Homemade Apple Jelly
Nothing beats homemade! Boil fresh apples, such as Braeburn, Granny Smith, and/or Rome Beauty, to create sweet from-scratch apple jelly. Use it on toast or in your favorite thumbprint cookie recipe.
