This gin-berry fizz is easy to make with fresh strawberries, sugar, raspberry-flavored seltzer, and your favorite gin. Garnish each glass with a strawberry.
Ingredients
- 4 large hulled strawberries
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 ounces gin
- 1 , 12 fluid ounce

Muddle strawberries and sugar in a mixing glass until crushed.

Add gin and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with raspberry-flavored seltzer.
