This Guinness corned beef with brown sugar is perfect for a St. Patrick's Day feast. I discovered it while attending an Irish Rovers concert. My family and friends insist it is a staple at get-togethers any time of the year. Braise this corned beef slowly at a low setting for melt-in-your-mouth delight. The aroma is fantastic!
Ingredients
- 4 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 cup brown sugar

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Macaroni Tuna Salad
This macaroni tuna salad recipe is great for lunch if you don't feel like cooking on those hot summer days. It's also a wonderful side for grilled food. I have perfected it — after making many different types of macaroni salad, this one is my favorite. Enjoy!
Bacon Popcorn
This is a flavorful popcorn treat that makes your mouth water and disappears fast! If you toss the cooked popcorn in a paper bag, it helps to absorb any extra bacon grease and prevents the kernels from falling on the floor. The leftovers make nice snacks for lunch boxes.
Father's Day Casserole
My daughter and I created this breakfast casserole for Father's Day. It's easy to make in a short amount of time.
