Here's a great recipe for leftover ham. My picky eaters loved this ham and cheese quiche, and it's easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 , 12 ounce
- 0.33 cups butter , melted
- 1 cup cooked diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
-
2
Squeeze hash browns to remove excess moisture, then combine with melted butter in a small bowl. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 10-inch pie pan.
-
3
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
-
4
Remove from the oven and arrange ham and cheese evenly over crust. In a small bowl, beat together eggs and cream; pour over ham and cheese.
-
5
Return to the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until custard has completely set.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese
This is the classic baked Mac and Cheese of my childhood. You can add sun-dried tomatoes if you wish, or sometimes I substitute minced garlic for the salt and pepper to give it added zing! It can make Saturday Night more fun!
Cream Cheese-Jalapeño Hamburgers
These are the best burgers I've ever had. My mother made a version of these and I changed it a little. Instead of jalapeno peppers you can add anything or just do the cream cheese. Trust me, your family and/or guests will beg for the recipe! Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops
These are a delightful and quick meal for the grill. I usually serve with a baked potato, but my daughter loves them with wild rice.
