1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Drain juice from pineapple rings into a medium bowl; stir in lemon-lime soda and brown sugar.
-
4
Coat ham with juice mixture and arrange pineapple rings on ham. Place a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple ring and secure with a toothpick.
-

Bake uncovered, basting frequently with pan juices, in the preheated oven until the internal temperature of the ham is 160 degrees F (72 degrees C), 4 to 5 hours. Be sure the meat thermometer does not touch the bone. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Sher-a-Punjab Onion Chutney
I begged for this recipe at my favorite Indian restaurant. It is quite unlike any other onion chutney recipe that I've tried. It is surprisingly simple and full of taste. The ketchup and vinegar produce an orange hue and preserve the crunch of the onion. Serve as a garnish with toast. Try it!
Homemade Peppermint Patties
My family loves peppermint patties! I make them from scratch every year โ it wouldn't be Christmas without them!
Chickpea Tikka Masala
Chickpea tikka masala is a classic Indian curry where chickpeas are cooked in a flavorful creamy sauce. Serve over basmati rice or with naan.
