Haroset is a sweet and tasty condiment made with apples, cinnamon, honey, and sweet wine. It's delicious spread on matzah. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Ingredients
- 6 medium apples - peeled , cored and chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3.5 teaspoons honey
- 0.33 cups sweet red wine

Place apples and walnuts into a large bowl. Mix cinnamon and sugar together; sprinkle over apple mixture. Stir in honey and sweet wine. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
