This creamy Hawaiian coleslaw with pineapple is a nice mix of sweet, tangy, and crunchy. It's excellent served with pulled pork.

Ingredients

  • 1 , 15 ounce
  • 0.5 cups finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
