Ingredients
- 1 package Neufchatel cheese , 8 ounce
- 0.25 cups light mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cups grated Romano cheese
- 1 clove garlic , peeled and minced
- 0.5 teaspoons dried basil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 can artichoke hearts , 14 ounce
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach , thawed and drained
- 0.25 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Mix together Neufchatel cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
