I like to bring these honey garlic chicken wings to work for potlucks. This dish is always a hit! Quick, easy, AND delicious!

- 5 pounds chicken wings
Instructions
-
1
Combine onion, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, butter, mustard powder, and garlic together in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until hot, about 5 minutes.
-
2
Arrange wings in an even layer in a shallow baking dish; pour sauce over wings and toss to coat. Cover dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to overnight.
-
3
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake in the preheated oven until wings no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, turning occasionally, about 90 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Dak Galbi (Korean Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry)
Dak galbi is another spicy, stir-fried chicken dish that all Koreans seem to love. The main dish between this and other spicy dishes is the addition of cabbage and usually perilla leaves, giving it a distinct and satisfying aroma. There are many dak galbi restaurants/quasi-bars that set up a single, large frying pan in the center of the table for everyone to enjoy the meal together (Koreans literally love eating together). Serve with rice.
Marvelous Mongolian Meatballs
My meatball recipe inspired by Chef John's Mongolian Pork Chops is absolutely delicious. A wonderful recipe for a party. Serve them as an appetizer with toothpicks, and they will disappear before your eyes. They can also make a meal sandwiched in a hero or over a bed of pasta.
Fried Kimchi
Kimchi is a popular Korean side dish featuring fermented cabbage. Other vegetables can be used and applied with the same fermentation process to produce a similar taste and different textures. In this recipe, I fry some kimchi to completely alter the taste and texture for a smoky doppelganger! It is so great with Korean barbeque and with plain old rice. It is certainly one of my favorites and so easy to make. Enjoy hot or cold! Sprinkle sesame seeds on top as a garnish.
