Gather all ingredients.

Roast turkey in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 1 hour and 15 minutes longer
-
6
Loosely tent with foil and let rest for about 20 minutes. Snip off the strings and serve.

There are probably many recipes for tomato rice. This is a south Indian recipe for tomato rice (bhath) that I really like. Serve with papadams and yoghurt.
Ratloaf (Halloween Meatloaf)
This ratloaf (Halloween meatloaf) recipe is a fun, spooky riff on meatloaf that trick-or-treaters can grab and go! Use your favorite recipe or the basic one provided here. Swap olives for pearl onions for a different look, and coat with crushed French-fried onions for a burnt fur effect. When sliced, the "guts" ooze out for a creepy touch!
