These three-ingredient, keto-friendly air fryer jalapeño poppers are wrapped in bacon and ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 6 jalapeño peppers , halved and seeded
- 7.5 ounces cold garden vegetable cream cheese , such as Philadelphia
- 6 bacons strips , halved lengthwise
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
-
2
Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese and wrap with a halved bacon strip. Tuck in bacon ends or use toothpicks to secure.
-
3
Place jalapeño poppers inside the air fryer basket, working in batches to avoid overcrowding if necessary.
-
4
Cook in the preheated air fryer until bacon is done to your liking, 10 to 12 minutes. Keep poppers warm in an oven on the lowest setting while air-frying the remaining poppers.

Carry Cake with Strawberries and Whipped Cream
This recipe has been in my mother's family for over 100 years. In fact, the tube cake pan I use is my grandmother's, which she bought in the 1930s. I jazzed it up with the strawberries and whipped cream. My grandkids go crazy for this rendition of strawberry shortcake served with vanilla ice cream.

German Puff Pancakes
This German puff pancake recipe yields a puffy, oven-baked buttery pancake—it's so easy! You may never make standard pancakes again. Pour your favorite syrup over it or dust it with confectioners' sugar. Adding more butter is unnecessary because it's already baked onto the top and forms a delicious, salty, buttery crust.
